Delicious 2010

I'm participating in a group show called "Delicious", art works inspired by food & drink, from May 5th through June 6th. The reception is tomorrow May 9 from 2-6 p.m. at Studio Gallery in San Francisco. Here are my two oil paintings that will be in the show.

Monte Bello Space Preserve

Last Saturday, I met my class at the Monte Bello space preserve to observe the affects of atmospheric perspective. We were out there for a few hours, here are my two plein air paintings from that day.

Ink & Gouache Sketch

Today's sketch started out with a blue ball point pen at the park. When I got home I decided to add some gouache over the sketch while still keeping it somewhat monochromatic.

26th Annual Los Gatos Art Association Juried Show 2010

One of my plein air paintings from this past summer was accepted to a state-wide open juried show running from March 25th - April 23rd. It will be on display with other artworks at The Museums of Los Gatos in collaboration with the Los Gatos Art Association.
